Finally went to my GP after almost two years of this crap. I have unilateral gyno which is more worrying and am not fat.  GP was very quick appointement took less than two minutes. He referred me to a breast clinic and I have a choice of four:

General and Breast (SBH)-
Barts and the London
NHS Trust

Surgery - Breast-
North Middlesex
hospital

Breast Care Clinic
Homerton Hospital

Breast Surgery
Adult Clinic
Whipps cross university hospital

Anyone have any experience with these? Know any surgeons? ANY help ASAP would be appreciated as I have to make an appointement within 10 days, preferably today. Thanks guys. Im a 19 year old male wishing to get surgery on the NHS, my GP made it sound like its eeeeasy. ;D

You really don't want a breast clinic........ well unless your boob has just popped up over night and has a lump or something?  - Even then you would probably want to see an endocrinologist to get a hormone check up.

You need a plastic surgeon not a breast surgeon, you do not want a mastectomy leaving a large scar, you want it removed with minimal scars which is what a plastic/cosmetic surgeon is skilled at.

Why did your GP recommend a breast clinic anyway?
