In this particular video (Gynecomastia: No Longer TABOO....) posted by Bambu, the plastic surgeon says he  makes only one incision and two instruments to remove both fat and gland.

My PS told me that he would need to make a cut to remove the gland.

Where does PS make the cut to remove the gland? is it around the nipple or in areola border? also how big is the cut..

  • Had expensive surgery... Now I'm flat busted!
My incisions were all the way around the areolas so that they could be resized.  Most are a semicircle around the lower half of the areola if resizing isn't necessary.
