Got my Operation Date

Well just a quick post to say that I got my appointment for the op in the post a couple of weeks ago. The date is the 18th August and I have a few appointments before that to discuss the actual op and what's going to happen on the day. In the meantime, I'm looking to lose more weight, and build more muscle so that afterwards I'll look alot better. I mean when I first went to the doctors, I was 20 stone, hopefully by the op, I should be 16 stones.

It is going to be weird as I can see the muscle gain in my pecs and some of the fat loss, so it's going to be interesting to see what the lipo, gland removal and the tighting of the skin is going to do.

I believe the surgeon is going to be Miss J Donnelly BM FRCS

Going to have alot of questions, apart from the obvious ones (how they are going to perform the op), but others such as when to go back to work, back to the gym/capoeira (lot of upper body/shoulder movements).
