PAL ONLY doesnt work

well my surgery was 2 days ago and as I posted My surgeon planned on Power Assisted Lipo only.  He was sooo confident that his power cutting cannula would get the gland out.. but it didnt....

Thank God that man is a professional and did the right thing,, in the middle of surgery he made the decision to do excision and cut the gland out... after wards he told me how it was just to tough for the lipo to get it out...

so now hopefully I am on "the other side"

so far it seems good
