What exactly is your problem? Glandular tissue, excess and/or stubborn fat, poofy nipples...?

There is no workout that can get rid of gyne. The only way to fully get rid of the gyne is to have it surgically removed. The more defined you become, the more defined your gyne will become (since there is less fat cushioning the area around it), so working out won't really help. I strongly recommend seeing a doctor.
