Tax refund from Government

i found this out just today while i was doing my tax,

If you earn an income and pay tax. your eligible to recieve a 20% on the net costs of any medical surgery over $1500.

Net Medical  Costs = Medical costs minus refund already received from Medicare.

This came as a nice little surprise
