Well my surgery has now been completed and i have photos 4 days post op. Overall i am happy with the result although the left side still looks a little uneven. I can hopefully say its just fluid/swelling and this will go away in time.

Here are my before shots

Looks like a simple one for Dr B. Best of luck with it!

I have a consultation book with him on the 5th  :D  When did you book the surgery, btw?  How long will I have to wait for the operation do you think?  I'd really like to get it done in November or early December.

you could have surgery within a month or so. The waiting list is short so it wont be too bad.

Great, I'm getting rather impatient now!  I've had enough money saved up for over a year now but haven't had the chance to get things in motion!

Good luck to both of you fellas. Am sure you will be well pleased. Dr benito is doing some good work.

Sorry I haven't had the chance to post any pics - first of all I had a suspected DVT and was in A&E for a while (turned out I have torn something on my calf - similar symptoms to a DVT) and on top of that I have ironically been travelling for work a alot.
I hope to get some in next week.

Definately gyno there, imo.  However,  Nearlythere is really the best person to judge his own condition.  Being able to feel it under the skin is so much better than judging from a picture.  I'm off to see Dr Benito in two weeks!!  ;D and a little  :-\

There is gland there i have been to NHS and they did an ultrasound etc and there is gland 100%. I have been working out since that picture and trust me my moobs are not getting any smaller. They are there for life unless i undergo surgery.

Here are my photos now with a bit of weight lose and exercise
