Hey guys.

First I want to thank all of you for providing a safe, supportive place to talk about gynecomastia.  I've had it for a long time and I'm finally ready to do something about it.

I'm moving to California in a month, so I might get surgery here in Denver before I leave.  I'm quitting my job so the week long recovery time isn't a problem, but I'm wondering about the post-op process.

Is the compression vest worn all the time?  And for how many weeks after the procedure?
How soon after surgery can I go swimming?  I'm sure we'll be going to the beach a lot in California.
Has anyone here had any really good or bad experiences getting surgery in Colorado?

Thank you so much!

The compression vest is usually worn for a month night and day. But you can wear it longer if it makes you feel comofortable or if you have scar tissue you wish to help get rid off.
