Hiring a Nurse for Post-Op Care

I'm thinking of traveling to get surgery for my gyne. If this is the case, I would like to do this by myself. Does anyone know anything about hiring an aide or nurse to keep an eye on you for a few hours after the surgery? Or to give a you ride back to the hotel? Does anyone have any information on these services?
