Twas the night before surgery...

Twas the night before surgery,
and all thru the house,
not a creature was stirring.
not even my Spouse.

There is no turning back,
I have made my decision.
I just hope I won't need,
A post-op revision.

I think of the things
That could go wrong,while reflecting back on my sorrow.
But rejoice in the fact,
My Boobs will be gone, the day after tomorrow!

Wait a minute! Next verse.


In my checkbook,
There is written, a very large deduction.
But thats the price you gotta pay,
for excision plus liposuction.

Haha. You got the being broke part right. Hey its a small price to pay for happiness. Girls do it all the time. Its an investment into our quality of life right? WEll good luck tomorrow skyhawk. Its good to know somewhere out there someone else is going thru the exact same thing. I posted some pre op pics in my last bulliten.  GOOD LUCK. EVERYTHING IS GUNNA GO GREAT FOR US.

Hey Ya'll. Glad you liked the poem. Actually, I wrote it for you guys getting the surgery to have a laugh. I didn't mean to make y'all think I myself was getting surgery tommorow, although I wish I were. My doctor hasn't cleared me yet, but I am working on that.

The best to you and let me know if you want a post-op poem.
