Big areolas

Will they tighten up after excision and lipo? and if so how mutch because when tight they look fine... .actualy i was wondering if excision alone would do the job... What do u guys think?

It's best to ask your plastic surgeon during consulatation.  He'll be able to let you know. Even if you don't have much fat, generally, they'll do excision and a small bit of lipo because the lipo will help contour your chest a bit.

They'll most likely tighten up fine, but there's also a small chance that there will be a crease on them after surgery.

thats how i used to look before i lost weight. lose the weight first it will make surgery easier and better results.
