Hi guys, things are going well. My nipples in the pics seemed to have been caught on a very good day. They look slightly different every other day. Sometimes it looks and feels like they are puffing up again and other times they look great, I think everything is still in recovery mode. The pain and swelling is virtually gone now though which is nice, I am almost at three weeks and I cannot remember life before the compression vest. The only real downside is that I am not getting enough exercise, I used to go to the gym nearly every day (partly in a vain attempt to fight the gyne) I am starting to get a bit pudgy around the middle. I should go and do some cardio but I am just worried it will affect my recovery. Would I be okay pounding the stairmaster ?
