Surgery

I'm having my surgery on the 16th, unfortunately not in time for prom, but at least I'm finally getting it

Anyway, the surgeon said it would be liposuction, but I have solid tissue under there, and a bit of fat. I'm just curious as to whether lipo fully gets rid of it, or will I be left kind of pointy? He didn't seem to really know much about it

if your nipples have a puffy, raised appearance, there is most likely enlarged glandular tissue underneath causing them to stick out.  This cannot be removed by lipo alone and requires excision.
Maybe ask the doctor if & how you are getting the glands removed
