Hey Everyone, just thought I would post a before and a couple of after photos of my surgery on the NHS. The left side is a lot bigger but I am putting that down to swelling as it was also the side that had severe bruising.......any input/advice/comments/questions would be greatly appreciated :)  Photos aren't great and I apologise for that, the before photo was taken about a year before my op and I had put on weight since then.  The surgeon removed gland only and no fat - so it is up to me to lose the weight.

P.s Sorry if the images are large

Mate I hope it works out for you, but why did they not remove some fat too at the same time? It seems that removing fat is part and parcel of the whole op. I hope I am wrong and that you can loose the fat by yourself. Keep us up to date with your progress.
