Hi, would like to know other opinions about my gynecomastia. a rating from 1-10.
also would like to know is how is fat tissue and how much is breast tissue

lastly, what is the average cost for gynecomastia surgery in orange county? i would assume it's relatively more expensive than other places.

you have a VERY mild case...unlike most cases, working out will defo help you

thanks for the input guys. yeah i was concerned due to the bigger than normal size of my nipple. thought this was due to perhaps glands in the nipple. how do i tell if it's just fat or breast tissue? i'm definitely going to workout and see if i can tone up a bit. definitely out of shape

I have no idea what you may be using as a standard for comparison, but your nipples are probably on the small end of what is normal. Not larger than normal.

I would dare to say that most of the men here would be overjoyed if they had a chest like yours after they recovered from surgery.

There is absolutely no gyno.. you cannot get any better chest then this... its very nice .. dont worry at all...

I think I can see what you  are concerned about but you can probably work it out at the gym.  Give yourself a good 12 weeks at the gym and then take some more pics.  Your chest just might need some toning. 

You probably just want a totally flat chest, which is understandable BUT you definitely look normal buddy.  Start working out and see how you feel.

There appears to be a tiny amount of gyno, although I can't tell if its pseudo (just fat) or gland.  You have perfect symmetry so I suppose its just a little fat, hit the gym, eat super healthy with supplements, and see what that does.  If it doesn't work, then if you have the cash you may just need a bit of lipo.

Feel your chest to see if you have a lump or something if you dont you dont have it.

kind of a dumb questions but when you say "feel for a lump" do i press my hand against my chest or do i grab one side of a my chest to find the lump?
