Does fielding do minor stuff?

I had gyno removed as a child. Always had a perfect right nip and an indented left.  Now 31, not overweight but have some buildup around my left nip and a lump under my right.  I think it has something to do with gaining a ton of weight when I quit smoking.  Just won't go away now..

I actually had my doc send me to a surgeon to have it removed and the guy told me "It looks like you have pecs, i'm not doing anything."

My left nip is indented enough that whe I flex my chest it dissappears.

Who should I call??  I really don't mind paying a few grand to fix it up.
