Of course you can.  A lot of people without Gyne run in some sort of tight/compression vests during winter.

I'm guessing an XS would work. What chest size are you?

workout in underarmor its not as compressing but it does help..

Garments work to different degrees, depending on the design, compression, and other factors.  I prefer these Body Shaping Garments for the Male Chest. 

Check out these Movies with / without Body Shaping Garments that show how the ones I recommend for my patients act to stabilize tissues.  Caution: in my exerience, other garment designs just do not hold the tissues as well.
