I'm just about 3 weeks post-op; I'm overall pretty satisfied with the results.  I still have a bit of swelling and fluid build-up, and the scabbing is nearly gone.  The incision is barely noticeable.  My problem, though, is that the very tip of each nipple is slightly indented, like you might see on somebody who's overweight.  They weren't that way before the surgery, and when I'm cold they usually look normal.  Is this common?  Will they look different at some point?

I am sure they will look normal after 3-6 months. Swelling of the areola causes the nipples look weird in the beginning.

How does it look now?  Do you have pics?
