Hello everyone,  I had my surgery back in late August.  The surgery was a huge success and I no longer have to worry about my man boobs sagging or bouncing around, however my nipple look deformed and I was wondering if they will go back to normal without surgery. I read i should massage them is that true?

it's hard to say without an exam or photos. Massage is usually safe. You should check in with your surgeon.

I saw my surgeon yesterday he said it's normal and to give it a year before coming back. He noted that the crease was caused by having seroma (i had it drained 3 times) and it should go away. Does seroma leave build up after its gone ?

When there is an indentation related to a hematoma or seroma being drained, this typically resolves over time, and massage may help with that process.  Inverted nipples may also occur after gynecomastia surgery for no obvious reason. This can be addressed under local anesthesia if they don't return to normal after adequate healing time.
