Actually, the answer is yes. But don't look for them here, they would have no reason to communicate with this site.

Pubertal Gynecomastia is quite common and often regresses without treatment. The percentage of young men who have spontaneous regression is not precisely known, but it is large enough that many Doctors routinely advise young men to wait a year or two and it will go away. This is true often enough that it often goes unchallenged for a while at least. Obviously for those of us here, this is not the case.

If a person has had Gynecomastia for a year or two without change, There is in reality no treatment other than surgery that will get rid of it.
