Week 5, what can i expect over the coming months?

For all you longterm post op guys on here.

I'm near into my 5 weeks post op and i've posted up to date pics here

Could you give me some advice as to what i should expect from here on in. My left side seems to stick out a fair bit in comparison to my right, while i can live with it, should i expect to see thing settle or at week 5 am i seeing pretty much how things will always look?
