1st class or no class!!!!

You look for deals on computers , TVs and Cars.

But when it comes to this, good a surgeon will cost around $5000!

You need to find a ps that specializes in gyne surgery and pay whatever he or she wants.

yes and no.

at the level of gyne specialists, there's probably some difference but not a great deal.  between somebody who knows gyne and a general ps or a general surgeon, lots of difference.

apologies to the surgeons, but maybe it's kind of like if you had a bmw.  probably the dealerships or specialty shops know the latest technical bulletins and can figure out something that a general mechanic would only scratch his head at, but if all the specialists are up to speed, they'll all know that acceleration problem is a faulty o2 sensor or some timing adjustment and fix it carefully enough it'll be running back to normal.

now there's obviously more skill involved than with just a car, but that doesn't stop you from interviewing around for the best arrangement for you either.

it's just too bad we take longer than cars for recovery ;)

* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

I agree with mrpowr33.  Check out the top names in the field, be willing to travel, and be willing to pay.  Do not skimp on this.  If you have the ability to go to someone who is considered the top in the field, why wouldnt you?  I didnt and it was a huge mistake!

Go with the top names on this board - Dr. Bermant & Dr. Jacobs just to name a few.
Plastic Surgeons on this site have to board certifed. So, at least you don't have to worry about that.
Look for deals on shoes and meals but don't base your decision on a P.S. strictly on money.
That should be 3 or 4th on your list.
