Hi just wondering how soon does most of the swelling take to go down??

How can you tell the difference whether its swelling or scar tissue?

Can swelling cause the nipples to puff slightly?

I'm asking myself the same questions.
Am currently almost 3 weeks post op and my nipples are a bit puffy again. Not as bad as before the op but still...
I hope this is just temporary swelling and that they will become flatter again.

cheers

I'm only 4 days post-op so I can't comment from experience, but my notes from my PS say that most of the swelling should subside after around 6 weeks.

Fresh pineapple, Bromelain pills and Arnica pills are all reported to help reduce swelling!
Had surgery with Dr. Karidis (London, UK) on 23rd July. Wearing tight t-shirts and looking forward to going swimming!

My experience so far & updates:
