1 Day post op revision, pics & questions.

I had surgery one year again, it was lipo only and my puffy nipples remained; although my chest was sure shaped a lot nicer. Now yesterday I had gland excision only and should the nipples be completely flat after? Mine seem a lit weird shaped, as top half is little puffy and the bottom has the tape it almost looks like its cratered a bit? I am not quite sure, time will tell I guess the pictures don't really give it justice.
