Alright so I'm finally done with surgery on the 23rd ! It feels awesome. I'd describe my experience briefly along with pics :)

I got this done in Army hospital so I was admitted one day prior to the surgery i.e. 22nd. I was basically doing nothing but chilling all day watching tv and listening to music lol. some Bp check up etc were done.
Next morning woke up at 6am . Took a shower and was brought to OT around 8. Not nervous at all,no fear nothing. I was made to wear a gown wearing nothing inside and lie flat on the table. The IV was inserted in my vein and then I counted 3 and next thing I remember is waking up. I asked the time it was 11 something. so 2 hours there. It felt like 5mins though. When I woke up there was no pain nothing and I felt as if I woke up after a heavy bench press workout ( really it feels like that!). I was taken to my ward and put on glucose drip and 2 injections were given (dunno what they were, they said some antibiotics). The doctor came to see me and first thing I asked him if any gland was removed? He said gland removal was not needed as there was negligible gland present so only lipo was done. I was wrapped up in paddings and  a compression pad ( not the vest, it's like some flap pad ). I immediately wanted to see my chest but I was told I had to wait until the next day. So I spent all day chilling watching soccer with no pain at all. I had no painkillers whatsoever. A nurse came and gave me two more injections (no clue what they were).  Next day I woke up and the doc came to unwrap the thing on my chest and I saw it!I was shocked as it was so flat! more than I had expected. Moreover I was shocked as I was so sure that I needed excision but I didn't ! No scars nothing. It felt so great. On top of it the doctor said there is some swelling that will go away with time and my final results would be after 5months or so. I was already happy with the results and he said it would reduce further! That was like too good to hear.

And yeah 600ml fat was removed, 300ml from each side. I wrapped the padding and the compression pad again and I was discharged the next day. There is one stitch on my right side, probably the lipo hole but it's so small I can hardly see it. So he said he would remove that stitch on friday and I would have to switch to compression vest from then. So till then I'm wearing this compression pad that does a good job.

Right now I'm very happy with my results! I'm 100% satisfied even if these are my final results but he says it will get better as swelling reduces.

Your pics/results look amazing man! I'm not sure if it's because your naturally dark, lol, when I came out of surgery I was literally as white as a napkin so my bruising was bad, but relatively not bad for the surgery I went under!

Swimming, I forgot all about that! Sounds fun! I have to wait 4 weeks, so count yourself lucky it's only 3 for you!!!

I'd post my pics, but I don't really want that part on the internet and such :/

Hah thanks man :) Yea I'm naturally that dark. However I can't really see any bruising on my chest. However one thing I know now is that puffy nipples can be due to just fat also and I always thought it was the gland. Turns out I didn;t have any there, quite surprising. Loving the results . How's your healing going on ? Keep updated!
Cheers

My healing is going well!

I'm extremely itching, and it appears I'm turning into a reptile!!! My bruising covers a larger area now, and is green! Haha!

The weird part is looking at my chest, just feels like i'm looking at someone elses! And touching has just been such a weird feeling that I stopped, it's numb, but not numb in a way........ weird.

Oh green? not sure about that. But my chest is numb too esp the nipple region. There's a bit of swelling right now which will go away eventually :P. How long does it take for liposuction swelling to reduce? any clue

The outcome looks great!  I was kind of skeptical when I read that he didn't take out gland, but it looks good so far.  And it's good for recovery too, since excision would have made your healing time longer.  I am happy for you.

Some updates :)
I'm now 5 days post op and my chest feels better, the numbness has reduced and it has become less sore.
There's very very less pain behind the nipple region but that's only if I flex my chest.
Well here are some pics I just took. Camera sucks so sorry for the quality .
Please note that all the pics are taken with the areola in the RELAXED  state and not by pinching them. So this is the worst it could get :)
