Are there any surgeons in the Philadelphia/New Jersey/ New York are that offer payment in installations as opposed to all at once? I can't afford 7500 to 15000 up front.

Virtually all plastic surgeons require complete payment in advance for their work.  Of course, if you wanted to pay in installations prior to surgery, you can have your surgery once you have paid in full.

However, there are loan companies who will make specific loans to credit-worthy individuals so that you could pay off your operation over a few years.  My office works with a few companies which have differing terms and conditions.
