New user, hope you can help identify

Hi all,

Im 25 years old, im 6.1" about 220lbs, i have had theese puffy nipples for about 7-8 years (at least were i've noticed), and i getting really tired of all the psycological effects this puts on me.

Can anyone tell me what i would need to have done to get a 'normal' chest? Biggest issue is the puffyness, as a lot of other people it looks okay when nipples are hard, but i might have a little to much fat also on the chest.

I've enclosed some pictures, sometimes its actually worse but thats how they looked when i took the pictures, but i have my ac pretty cold so they look a little better than when im outside (in florida)

I would really really appriciate any help. Ive been reading about this on and of for several years, but this is the first time i try to take pictures and everything, guess its a sign that i need to have it fixed

Also if anyone can recommend a surgeon in FL near Miami that would be great

It can be quite Stressful and Emotional Living with Gynecomastia.  A cold room will stimulate the areola and hide subtle deformity as the thin areola muscle contracts and flattens puffed nipples. That is why my examination rooms and photographic area of my office are maintained at a standard warm temperature for consistency of evaluation and documentation.

Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia sculpture is an art form. Look for actual examples of that doctor's sculpture to evaluate his / her skills. The Anatomy of Puffed Nipples consists of fat, gland, and skin. Your pictures do not seem to show much fat, but there is always some as part of the contour.
