Please help me identify this "puffy nipples" problem.. Gyno or not?

hello, I have this "puffy nipples" problem but i don't know if it is "Gyno" or not, they are not sensitive and i don't feel any lumps/disc beneath them, however when they get cold or when i pinch them down, they go back to a very normal looking areola's.. please help me recognize this once and for all, whether it's Gyno, chest fats or what problem is this and how to fix it? (sorry for my bad English)

Yes, you do have mild puffy nipples and a bit of gyne as well.

It is well known that when stimulated, puffy nipples can look normal -- but just for a brief period of tie.  When they relax, the puffiness returns.

The puffiness is due to breast tissue (which may not "feel" firm) directly under the areola, which pushes out the tissue.  When the nipples are stimulated, the areolar skin tightens (there is a small muscle within the areolar skin) and pushes the tissue down into the breast, thereby flattening the nipple.  When the muscle relaxes, the puffiness returns.

The only way to permanently cure this problem is with surgery.  Do your homework and find a gyne specialist if at all possible.
