Got puffy nipple surgery. Not sure if my ps knows what hes doing

Well I went to a plastic surgeron to get my gyne cut out. he didn't show me any before or after pictures or tell me how much he removed. I was asked to wrap my chest up all the time with bandages tightly and could take it off 2 weeks after. I also could start working out 2 weeks after surgery. Does this clown know what hes talking about? I just had gland excision and no lipo

what is the standard down time for lifting? 3 weeks right for a small surgery

I waited 3 weeks after my excision before I lifted again. Remember to start very lightly or your risking damage to your healing wounds.
