I'm about to begin my routine workout regime soon. I have let sufficient time laps in order to allow me to efficiently workout without hindering my surgery results, however I feel somewhat hesitant to do so. I have this feeling that gyno might come back if I begin to workout (weights, punching bag, etc) again. Is this just me being paranoid, or would my chest begin to reshape itself to how it was before. My doctor assured me tht bits gone foro good, but I just need some reassurance from those who have gone through the process and have successfully reengaged themselves back to a physically upbeat life. I appreciate all feedback and hopefully this will help me ease my mind. Thank you all!

Assuming your surgeon has given you the OK to resume working out, you can only improve your results by doing so.  Your gyno will not return.

You should be fine to work out, as long as your doctor is ok with it.  Just make sure you're keeping off the fat and building muscle!
