A little pickle

Okay, so as you may have assumed from my name I reside here in Texas, more specifically Dallas. I've done some internet research to check into plastic surgeons who do gynecomastia surgery and there is only one who really stands out, this Dr. Dr. Wilcox. Now I know I need to check with numerous surgeons, but I don't think these other ones are worth wasting the time and money on consultations if I'm not that impressed with their before and after pictures, plus their patient feedback isn't stellar. My options are pretty limited here and I don't really feel there are any surgeons up to snuff besides Dr. Wilcox. At the same time though, I want to do my homework and make sure I don't get stuck with shotty results. Someone got any recommendations as to what I should do here? PS, Depending on what the surgery would cost, travel is questionable. If I spent 6k for this I might be able to swing it but I don't think the Gyne specialists charge that low.

Dr. Gregg Anigian is in Dallas and is an excellent, board-certified plastic surgeon.  Give his office a call and ask about how many gynecomastia cases he performs.  He's worth a call.
