Been to Dallas' Dr. Hamas, Dr. Wilcox, Pownell and one other a couple of years ago. They all want to just lipo me even though I have a couple of good sized glands that I think need to come out. Hmas and Pownell want to use Hamas' razor sharp cannuals to get the fat out and get some of the gland out, too. Pownell suggested going in under the armpit or on the side of the pec with incisions that would look like old should pad scars and not the perfect semicircular nipple incisions.

I have a good physuque but starting in puberty witht he puffy nipples, then colleg football and oral WInstrol cause the maintencae and growth of the glands, I suppose. I drams of taking my shirt off and showing off a great upper body without the pointy nipples and the man boob's.

What do we think of the "side tecnique?"  I have the $ and am ready to make a decision.
