I assume people are just busy doing other things around this time of year - hence lack of responses.

I'm not a doctor but I definitely think you would benefit from the surgery. I read your other post about your concern for a scar under the nipple but weighing one option against the other, I would be willing to accept a very minor scar versus G. Most people/doctors say that final results can only be determined after 9-12 months but I'm 5 weeks out of surgery and I can barely notice my ~1 inch scars.

You would definitely benefit from the surgery.  You're a slim guy but obviously have breast tissue.  Find a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area.

I found your additional images:

Pictures alone do not tell the entire story.  For my patients asking for a Preliminary Remote Discussion and an analysis based on photographs we have them complete very detailed forms and use my Standard Gynecomastia Pictures. Depending on other possible issues, you have a contour problem on your chest that is similar to many other examples on my website if you are looking to see what surgery tends to offer. But if surgery will be worth it will depend on other factors about you, what surgeon you pick to have the surgery, after surgery care and so forth. Not all surgeons have the same results. Checking examples of their work is one place to start.

Hope this helps,

No question you need the surgery.  And if you choose a board certified plastic surgeon who has performed many successful & great looking gyne surgeries, I think the chances of you being very happy are quite high.  You are an example of why this site exists.  There is no reason for a man to have to put up with what you're living with.  Have the surgery from the best qualified plastic surgeon you can find.  There's simply no reason not to....if your gyne is stable.

I'd suggest surgery given that you're fairly thin. My condition was a little worse than yours (about 100 ccs taken from each breast) and though I'm just 10 days removed from surgery, the results look great thus far.
