The only supplement I take is a protein powder. I generally take 3 scoops daily. It is Optimum Nutrition brand that is some of the most pure whey protein out there. I also drink about 2 cups of coffee 5 days a week.

Has any of this behavior been linked to gyno?

Nah protein powder does nothing to influence gyne, if anything it helps! How?

When you drink protein powder, it is usually after a hard weight lifting session. Protein helps repair and build muscle. Muscle gives your body more testosterone, testosterone can combat gyne induced by estrogen. So, in that long way, protein powder does not cause gyne.

Protein shakes won't cause gyno. If you were taking steroids which is really only man made Testosterone. You can get gyno.

If your not taking steroids then you'll be fine.

Large amounts of testosterone will cause gyno. Your body will combat the high level of testosterone by producing more estrogen which will cause the gyno. Bodybuildings have to take anti estrogen medication to stop this from happening.
