post surgery 11 days

Everything looks good but on my left side upper chest i feel something hard I don't know if that is just muscle or swelling..doesn't hurt when I touch it. Im 6'3 208 pounds alright physique never taken steroids. Right side has similar but not as hard.

I have the same, both sides, about 24 days post op now.  Mines tender though.  I think it's just the remaining tissue responding to the trauma of the surgery, as it was there at day 7 (when I could first take the foam pads off and check), so too soon for large deposits of scar tissue.  My surgeon is on the other side of the country though so I can't confirm what it is and any questions I've posted here hasn't resulted in suggestions of what it is.  Although one doctor said it could be a number of things but know this, it will go away with time.  So I'm running with that.
