Bio Oil

Hi guys,

I had my surgery 11 days ago now and I seem to be healing well although still a little swollen and tender, with some bruising. MT surgeon has recommended using bio oil on my chest 15 days post op to help with the skin re-setting and shrinking (which hopefully it does!) has anyone any experience of this or any other methods which help the healing process??

Compression vest... keeps all the skin in place so it can heal faster I guess.

thanks, I have a compression vest on order and im wearing a 12" binder at the moment. hopefully this will help as well
