Well, the fact that I am on coumadin for a mechanical heart valve I have been rejected by every plastic surgeon I went to; at least the ones I would trust. >:(

I suppose I will have to consider non surgical options.  Maybe technology will throw us a bone soon.  I would be happy with a little help, even if it did not make me perfect.

Any news on what might be on the horizon?

You are correct -- the needed use of Coumadin absolutely makes gyne surgery not possible.  Unfortunately, surgery for gyne is the only sure way to get rid of it.  There are no magic pills, hormones, etc which will help -- don't waste your money.

On the other hand, you could work out and lose some weight -- that will help (but not totally eliminate) your gyne.  And finally, you can wear some snug compression shirts which will give you a good shape in clothing, etc.

Good luck.
