Hi, I had my surgery exactly a week ago and right off the bat the doctor's attitude towards my mild case was disrespecting. I felt like he is not seeing the problem as whole and as far as I know he is used to practice on women's boob jobs and men with severer cases.

Having said that, I feel that the surgeon did not do as I expected of him (And made sure he understands). Confronted him today and told him that the "puffiness" remained and the "lump" stayed the talk provided me with the obvious results of: "Wait a few weeks".

Of course that I can't argue with that but it just feels like the gland is still there and it looks that way too.
Here are some pictures, I would really appreciate any feed backs about these before and 1 week after photos.

The big questions are:
Should I really just wait? Could it be that the lump is something that will go away? and the cone shape is only temporary? It looks the damn same!

DYING for answers!

Your pictures do not show. It might be because the links you used redirect to web pages and not pictures.
Just so you can get more answers here are they with the correct links:

It does indeed look very similar but one week is definitely too early, maybe it's swelling, wait 2 or 3 more weeks and see if anything changes.
Hopefully a supporting doctor will chime in and tell you what he thinks.
Good luck man!

Much too early, at one week, to try to draw conclusions about surgical results.  Would strongly recommend sitting back and not worrying so much.  There is always swelling after surgery -- and your self-examination and conclusions are not doing you any good.
