Hi all,
I previously posted with 2 pictures in another section of the forum, long story short I don't like the way my nipples point/ peak when im wearing a shirt.
I have recently booked a consult that is now 2 weeks away.
Even though this may be very mild I would still like to address the issue.
What is your recommendation, what kind of outcome could I achieve? I get it is difficult to give a completely accurate opinion based on some photos however all advice helps and is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

You probably have a small button of glandular tissue right beneath the nipple complex. Improvement should be easy and successful as long as you are seeing a competent surgeon. Good luck, you should do fine.

Yes, there appears to be a small amount of tissue beneath the areolas.  But my experience has shown that oftentimes there is additional excess tissue which extends outward beyond the edges of the areolas.

This appears to be a simple and easy operation to help you -- it isn't -- it can be quite tricky.  the un-initiated surgeon who removes a button of tissue just under the areola may end up with a crater deformity.

You should consult with a gyne expert who can examine you and determine if there is additional tissue which should be removed.  Take your time, go to the right surgeon and get it done right the first time.
