I'm 17 and a half years old. Can I have gyno surgery next month?

So I talk to my parents and I want to go to a private clinique  to check my chest. I'm 99% sure I have gynecomastia. I've had it for 4 years now and I'm sick of it.

I'm thinking of scheduling a surgery in about a month from now. But is it legal to have plastic surgery at 17? I mean it's not going to change. I've had it for 4 years and I'm goddamn sure it's not going away. Only by surgery.

Oh.. and should I go to that private clinique that specialises in these kind of problems or should I first attend to a meeting with my GP that will send me to someone else for further examination?

As far as the legality if you are a minor you will need the consent of your parents( at least one of them )

If you've had the condition for over three years, it's unlikely that it will resolve without surgery.  From your post, I'm guessing that you're outside of the United States, so your health care system may compel you to seek treatment under the direction of your GP, who may also know a surgeon who treats the condition.  If, alternatively, this is something you'll need to pay for on your own anyway, then you should probably look for someone who treats gynecomastia frequently, in which case, it wouldn't be necessary to see your GP.  In either case, under 18, you'll need to do this with your parents, since you're still a minor.
