question about low testosterone

I just got my blood test results back and found that my level of testosterone was at 60.  pretty dam low.  My problem is that I already got the operation about 6 months ago.  My gynecomastia has already been corrected with surgery.  It doesn't look 100% better, but I do look way better than before. I'm comfortable with my chest now.  If I start taking testosterone to even out my levels, will it bring back the gynecomastia in any way?  And lets say the gynecomastia comes back while taking the testosterone, will it go away if I stop taking it or would i be screwed and be stuck with it no matter what?  Someone please give it to me straight? Thanks.
