Gynecomastia covered by AHC

My son lives in Edmonton and has had this condition for 2 years now.  He did see a plastic surgeon, who did say that he needs to have this procedure done.  Because my son is in constant pain, looses sleep which affects his daily functions and his job, is there a doctor in Edmonton that does this procedure and which is covered by AHC?
