Is Gynecomastia covered under MEDICLAIM?

Hello friends,
As per my understanding since Gynecomastia is more of  cosmetic surgery, it wouldn't be covered under mediclaim from office. However, would like to confirm with everyone out here, if there is any way where we can get this surgery cost reimbursed if we have a mediclaim tie up with Hospitals through office.

Most medical plans exclude cosmetic surgery in the US. There are excepyions though.

as gynecomastia surgery is part of cosmetic surgery so it wont be reimbursible under mediclaim . no reputed and authorised hospital/doctor/clinic will do these sort of things . moreever the govt has added service tax on cosmetic surgery
