Progression question

I have been tested for all conditions known to cause gynecomastia with the result of finding no cause. After my last appointment with the endo, I noticed on the report that my breasts are listed as Tanner Stage 3.

My question is, will it continue into stage 4 and finally stage 5 in 3-4 years? I'm already a small B cup and it's only been about year since I noticed the small lumps. Will it continue to grow at this rate? I can't imagine being a 34D or more. Should I gain 60-80lbs to hide it? I'm 50+ and it doesn't bother me from a dating perspective, but I will be unable to hide it at work and in public once the weather warms up.
