Swelling(?) progression throughout the day

Hi all,

I'm almost 5 weeks post-op. I have worn my compression band 24/7, except one day when I went half the day without it 4 weeks in.

What I notice is that when I wake up my chest is satisfactory. However, as the day goes on, around 2-4 pm it gets "worse" and by night time its not good looking at all. The thing is though I dont know if its all swelling, it just looks like my chest is..."looser" and not as tight and so it hangs down. Very unattractive.

My question is does this fluctuation in appearance throughout the day eventually go away? eventually I'd like to get to a point where my chest more or less constant through a 12 hour period like the rest of my body parts.

anyone?  I'm just looking for some assurance from people who've experienced this that in the end it works out okay.
