Hello,
I am about 7 months post op and I just cant get rid of this scar tissue.  I will admit I have not been massaging it has much as I should but I thought after 7 months it would look better than this.  The scar tissue is also creasing my nipples as you will see.  I got the surgery done by a top surgeon in the UK and he says all is well.  Wonder if anyone can give me some advice?

My chest was completely flat after the surgery so I know this is scar tissue. The middle picture is my tensing my chest and it shows the scar tissue giving it a crater affect.  My surgeon says all is good but is it not odd to be at the stage so long after surgery?

At 7 months, you should be near the end of your healing -- and any residual tissue (presuming you were flat after surgery) should be considered scar tissue.

I would recommend you return to your surgeon for a discussion vis a vis possible cortisone injections to reduce the scar tissue.

Good luck.

I agree that your healing should be complete by now. You should return to your surgeon to see what else can be done to give you better results.
