Hi! Living in Israel and need help

Hello Everyone  

I'm 21 years old, Live in israel, and have mild gyno since the age of 11-12.
I don't have extra body fat, nor I'm fat, and I tend to exercise
I'm tall as well and generlly feel I look fine.
Of coure the big "BUT" is my gyno, mild as I said, but make my nipples puffy.
When they are at full size, my nipples are ~2cm long, and make my chest look womenly.
This problem creats a number of issues:

1) It lowers my self confidence (espeacially at sea/pool....). It makes me feel nurveous and self concience with the wrong shirt, and of course without a shirt. I want to feel like anyone without a shirt, just having fun without worrying.
2) I often find it hard to find a shirt that will disguise it. So I find myself unable to wear the clothes I would like to wear and suit me the best.
3) It's a mental pardox for me- On one side my body looks fine and fit, but on the other side my nipples make it look "fat" and unproportional (when my nipples shrink, it gives me a much slimmer and fit look, that really reflects how my body looks).
4) It makes me very frustrated, beacause exrcising won't make it dissapear. (A big part of exrcising, besdies it's mental and phisycal benefits,  is seeing your body improving and getting stornger).

I've been to a number of plastic surgeons in Israel, and non of them made a good impression on me (Maybe except one). I want to go for a surgery but terribley afaraid it will go wrong and make my case much worse. The fact each doctor gives me another suggestion for a surgery, only makes it worse.
Whats do you advise me to do?
Does anyone know a good and experienced plastic surgeon in Israel?

Obviously, photos of others are not the same as your own photos.  Why not try to post them?

In any case, if you are similar to those photos, then you should be considered a suitable candidate for gyne surgery.  If you cannot find anyone in Israel who would be optimistic as regards treatment, then perhaps you should consider traveling to the US  or the UKwhere you will find a number of very well qualified gyne surgeons who could provide an excellent result for you -- I am sure of that.

I don't feel comfortable posting my pictures online.
Anyway, I've heard about 2 methodes of executing the surgery:
Open- With a cut under the areola.
Close- With a small hole near the areola, for both lipo and the removel of a part of the glandular tissue.

Is it true that in mild cases, like mine, the closed methoed is better?

No, it is not true that one method is better than the otheer.  That decision is best made by your surgeon who has evaluated you, not by yourself.

But if there are major differences between the Doctors' suggestions? How should I know which one suits me the best? (and isn't based on money considerations etc.)
