That comes down to personal choice! If you're having pain in your breast a bra will help reduce that.

I, too, wear a 38B, and I wear one most of the time. Like Hammer said, it finally comes down to personal choice.  I choose to wear a bra because it keeps me from jiggling, it keeps my nipples from showing through some of my shirts, and I like how I feel and look with one on.  So, if wearing a bra feels good to you and feels like the right thing to do, then by all means wear one.

hello  to wear is most definitely personal choice , your choice looks good and seems to fit well . as for me I have had more growth and am in a 48 C I usually wear a sports bra now I wear the JMS brand in a 4x I need to get measured again I measured at home . and go 48in band and 54in across the nipps.
