I had gyro surgery 2yrs ago and in the beginning I had great results. My swelling went decrease and my chest was flatter. Fast forward I have gained weight but am working to lose majority of it by summer. My surgery seems like a waste b/c it looks my gyno has return. I can't afford another surgery. What should I do? I have photos but they were to big to upload. Maybe I can send them to you if that option is available.

If you were lean when you had the procedure, and if you thought you had a good result before weight gain, it's likely that weight loss might remedy the problem.  If it doesn't resolve with weight loss, you might at least need some additional liposuction.  It's also possible that you were under-resected with the original procedure, but that's more difficult to comment on without seeing photos of before and after.
