Gynecomastia plate that sits on the chest wall

I have had Gynecomastia operations 2 times, the first time the doctor took to much fat out of the area and there was nothing sitting between the chest wall and the back of the areola  and it left me with doming areola and the second time the doctor put to much fat back in the chest and now I'm nearly back to where I started with the gynecomastia.
 I saw it once on the internet a plastic piece/plate, what they put in between the chest wall and the back of the areola but having looked on the internet again  I can not find the name of the piece of plastic they use in this operation, if anyone has any idea of the piece of material what is used to separate the chest wall form the back of the areola can you please send me a link or the name of the piece of plastic used
